This machine is used for filling nail polish, perfume, essential oil, mascara, lipgloss, foundation liquid and other cosmetic products.
◆ With functions of auto bottle feeding, auto filling, wipers sorting, auto wipers feeding, wipers detection, auto brush cap feeding, brush cap detection, auto capping and finished product discharging out.
◆ The index table with magnetic pucks on which is easy for replacing.
◆ Pressure type filling system with time valve control can easily fill polish with glitters.
◆ There are 2 nozzles, one for filling, another for production.
◆ Servo capping can prevent the cap from scratching, the torque can be adjusted easily.
